We are again thrilled to offer a limited supply of our own healthy, Certified Organic farm grown tubers, to US gardeners and farmers.

Every dahlia we grow is selected for its beauty, health and vigor, while any suspect plant is discarded during the growing season,

and we also vigilantly sanitize tools between clumps when dividing.

The store will go live to the public on Nov 30 at 2pm EST, but will be hidden in the morning while we load inventory, Subscribers will be emailed a password to access the sale one hour ahead of the public.

ORDERING INFORMATION

All dahlias are divided and sold as individual tubers - We guarantee that all our tubers will have at least one eye and are true to name. 

Shipping/Farm Pickup:
If you choose to pick up your order, in person, at our farm, you must select this at check-out and we will contact you a week ahead of your scheduled pickup, to confirm a time, if we don’t hear from you first.

All other orders will be shipped USPS Flat Rate 2-3 day shipping. We will combine orders if possible and refund shipping if you reach out and let us know in advance.

Please note any changes to your pickup/shipping selection will incur a $15 administrative change fee, so please read options carefully at checkout.

Priority Mail 2-Day™ Flat Rate Shipping

$11.00 - Small Box - 1-4 tubers

$19.50 - Medium Box - 5-9 tubers

$26.00 - Large Box - 10 or more tubers

NOTE: Please choose the correct shipping cost at check-out, based on the number of tubers in your order. If your order includes larger tubers that end up needing a bigger box,

we will email you the additional shipping charge with a payment link, which must be paid before we can ship your order.

All orders will be shipped in the smallest box possible!

Shipping Schedule
Orders will ship as frost free weather allows, starting in April! Sorry, we will not ship earlier, due to the risk of freezing, in our zone 5b.

Order Confirmations
Please make sure you enter the correct mailing address AND e-mail address at checkout. You will receive an automated email confirmation once your order is placed as well as an automated shipping notification with tracking information once your order(s) is/are shipped. Check your junk mail/SPAM/Gmail Promotions tab before emailing us for a missing confirmation email. We are not responsible for orders that are shipped to the wrong address, if it was listed wrong.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE!

Items in your cart are not confirmed until checkout is fully complete. If you notice items disappear from you cart or changed to “Unavailable” during the checkout process, it is because someone else checked out and paid for the item(s) before you did. This is an issue which is beyond our control and dictated by our web platform. When ordering please keep in mind that even though the tubers are in your shopping cart, they are not “yours” until the entire checkout process is complete. We apologize for this occasional frustration!


What happens when I receive my tubers?

When you receive your tubers, open the package immediately. If you notice any condensation in the bag, leave it open a crack to dissipate the excess moisture. If you receive them before you are ready to plant, you will need to store them at 38-45 degrees until it is time for you to plant them outside in your climate. Colder is better. Warmer temps will result in sprouting. We are not responsible for tubers drying out or rotting in post-shipment storage, please be mindful of their condition during storage.

Contact us within 5 days of receiving your tubers if you feel they are not viable in some way and we will help to resolve any issue. On the rare occasion that a tuber is blind, and a photo of the labeled tuber is emailed as proof, replacement tubers will be sent immediately and if the variety is sold out, we will provide you with a similar variety/color if that is your wish, or credit you toward next year’s tuber purchase. Our replacement policy is limited to the purchase price of the tubers only; shipping costs are nonrefundable. BridleWood Blooms is not liable for any damage or loss, resulting from crop failure or adverse weather, beyond these 5 days post delivery.
